We will deliver services on or before the time discussed

We will maintain a high standard of service before, during and after purchase
Each of these criteria will be rated and reviewed by our customers from the last 12 months and must be maintained with an average rating of 3 or above to remain a member of BizCity.
2. We agree to:
- Have been in business for 12 months
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance
- Only approve reviews that are true
- Random credit checks
- Random criminal checks
- Have not been bankrupt or involved in fraudulent activities
- Deal directly with negative reviews if deemed necessary by BizCity
3. Reviews
- We agree to receive a minimum of 3 positive reviews before our application is approved
- We understand that all reviews will be seen by the public
- In order to enhance our profile we need to encourage reviews from our customers and are happy for BizCity to follow up with customers who have been contacted by us for reviews
- All reviewers will either be transparent (with company name listed) or be BizCity approved (anonymous but checked by BizCity to be true)
4. Termination
- Once we receive 3 negative reviews as confirmed by BizCity we will removed from BizCity.
- BizCity has the right investigate each review to ensure its eligibility.
- BizCity may investigate us if they receive negative feedback or complaints from the public
