After going live in June 2017, we have over 80 businesses signed up and are supported by business.govt, media works and in discussions with bnz, spark and meridian energy.

How much does it cost?

We offer a free plan with a one time enrolment fee of $79 which includes video content about your business

What do we get for our money?

What if we get bad reviews

All reviews are moderated to ensure professionalism and any negative reviews will be dealt with offline.

How are the businesses vetted?

All businesses are vetted over a long time through the reviews of their clients. People have the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback so we can maintain the quality of our members

What mode of payment is accepted?

Credit card payments and bank transfers are payments we accept.

What are the requirements for approval?

Once we have received 3 positive reviews from your clients and received your enrolment fee, your profile will go live. However you will need to maintain your reviews to stay involved.

What happens if my application is declined?

Unfortunately you won’t be allowed to join and we will refund you.

How does the review moderation process work?

All reviews get sent to administration where we personally go through them to assess their legitimacy. Any reviews that look fake, we will investigate and then make a decision to approve, decline or get in touch.

Can our clients remain confidential?

Yes anyone that wishes to remain confidential can do so. We will investigate any business that seems in anyway to fall outside of the requirements of a true client.

Is there a lock in period?

There are no contracts so no risk.

Do I incur any termination fees if I decide to cancel my subscription?

Not if you cancel before the start of the next billing period

What if I forgot my user login and password?

You can easily request another one on the login form on the home page

How can we change/reset the password?

You can change all your details in your listing setup tab within your dashboard.

Can we change the information on the account after signing up?

You can change all your details apart from your business name.

What marketing do you do to promote us?

We focus on SEO, Content and Inbound Marketing to drive traffic to BizCity, however members have the ability to promote themselves outside of BizCity through review badges and social sharing.

How do we share reviews?

All you have to do is click on social icons under the review you wish to share on the relevant social media page.

How can we request reviews?

You can do this in multiple ways. Request directly from your profile page on BizCity. Publish a badge within your email, your website, social media or newsletters. We can help you with this.

How do we integrate the review badge into our site?

Head to your marketing tab within your dashboard and click on badges. You can choose the colour of the badge you want to use and then copy and paste the code provided into your website. It’s best to ask your IT team to help or we can do this for you, using your details.
